Crystalline Effectiveness Coaching
Starting with an in-depth assessment, the Crystalline Facets of Effectiveness™, the coaching is designed to have the client reflect on eight comprehensive areas of life. Within the framework of the Facets, the client and the coach explore a series of questions. These questions are designed to reveal the client’s current standing in each area of life, and their desired state. The 8 Facets form a holistic picture of their competence. The client and the coach then set the developmental path forward to bridge the current and desired states.
The coaching often includes a psychometric profile, a fun and insightful way to discover how the client’s energies interplay with the people around them. The client and the coach also align on the measures that will indicate the client’s progress and success.
Crystalline coaching is highly trained, compassionate, and pragmatic. Your coach has traversed her own adventures in living and shares her gains with others. Conducted through a series of questions, the coaching is fun, enlightening, insightful, and practical. Each coaching conversation is designed to leave the client empowered, confident, and in action, having full rein to perform effectively in the weeks and months ahead.
Crystalline Intention
An intention is an aim or a plan, a design for the future. Sometimes called a purpose or a lodestar, Crystalline Intention supports the client to develop their overarching aim, helping articulate what is their purpose, raison d’etre, or passion in life. What gives them their drive, their aliveness, and their reason for being alive? When the client is able to articulate their intention for their life, the areas that are inconsistent immediately appear as opportunities to address and gain competency.
Role Readiness
As you manage your life and continue to grow and take on new responsibilities, one of the key areas to tend is preparing yourself for your next chapter. Sometimes the very strengths and gifts that have enabled you to succeed thus far are the ones that can detract from your success in the future. Crystalline coaching helps you envision yourself in a new role, and think through the skills sets and capabilities you need to bring to it, adding to your current strengths. The coaching is also invaluable as you begin a new job, role, or accountability in your career. Your coach will work with you to articulate your vision, hone your thinking, develop your implementation plan, picture the environment you want to create, the values you espouse, and the behaviors you want to promote, and how to phase and measure your progress.
Psychometric Profile
Crystalline leverages the Insights® Discovery Profile, which enables you to discover your preferred energies and develop your less preferred ones, plus see how your usual style changes and morphs through interactions with others. You’ll learn how to bring out the best in the people around you, how to capitalize on your strengths, and discover ways to increase collaboration and reduce friction with others. The profile is used both as a stand-alone tool and as a coaching aid for the Crystalline Effectiveness Coaching.
Crystalline Assessment
Have you ever wondered how you are seen by others? The Crystalline Assessment is conducted with the people who have insight into their strengths and weaknesses, areas of opportunity for growth, and unique assets. Through select conversations with people and sharing their blinded responses and insights, the client learns the irreplaceable impact they have on others. Designed to give a 360-degree view of the client in all the walks of their life, it is used as a stand-alone tool and as an aid for ongoing coaching.
Impression Coaching
Often a key component to creating a successful transition or new role in life – a new job, a new venture, a new relationship, a new outlook – is creating a new image. Crystalline coaching can help you envision the “you” you want to be in your new role, and provide suggestions for wardrobe, grooming, good habits and stature to enable you to feel equipped and sure of your success. Clients find this one of their favorite elements that has made a notable difference in their confidence.
